Steven founded Snug Roofing Systems with a clear vision: to give homeowners a better conservatory roofing experience from start to finish. A fully qualified electrical engineer with City & Guilds 236 and an HND in Computing, he’s brought that technical mindset into the roofing industry since 2006 — nearly 20 years of experience ensuring every detail is right.

Steven is the driving force behind Snug’s systems, processes, and the company’s reputation for doing things properly. Whether he’s developing smarter ways to run the business or checking standards on-site, his engineering background means nothing gets overlooked.

Away from work, Steven is a devoted dad and an avid trainer who’s built a comprehensive home gym to feed his fitness obsession. He’s a big F1 fan, loves walking in the Peak District, and spent years coaching kids’ rugby league teams — so commitment and teamwork aren’t just buzzwords to him.
