This is what having tradespeople do home improvement works should be like but so often isn't. The service and quality of work undertaken at our home by Snug was spot-on from start to finish. We had a replacement roof and thermal upgrade to our existing family room which previously had a glass roof. From the first contact with Steve at Snug via their website they have been extremely responsive with excellent communication throughout the process. The quality of work carried out by the installation team also exceeded our expectations. It has transformed the space and should make it much more usable all year round, rather than being too hot & bright in summer and too cool in winter.
