Snug put on an insulated roof to my conservatory. Mark and Dec built and installed the roof on site. They were very polite and professional. Had Snug out to install a new conservatory roof last year. Replaced a glass roof which was baking hot in summer and freezing in winter! Its now a room that we can use all year round having a proper fully insulated tiled roof. Steve who came round was very knowledgeable. Explained the full build to me and what would happen. Had a couple of other companies round and they didn't really impress me in comparison. They were also a couple grand cheaper than the next best quote! Would 100% recommend!

WOW!!! SNUG are the complete package and the service provided was amazing on all levels. The customer service provided by Ian over telephone, emails and messages was prompt professional and always helpful. We also planned in installation of a log burner at the same time and their advice/ expertise meant they fully understood the requirements and enabled the installation of the log burner on day 2 of the roof replacement . The installation team Phil and Antony arrived to carry out the three day build. They worked so so hard and even assisted the Log burner installer. The standard and quality of their work was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble - THANK YOU!!!!!! I had done my research obtaining quotes from other companies and I can honestly say that I am really pleased with the finished look build and quality on the roof. SNUG really do provide a service that is value for money, excellent customer service and a quality build. I am so glad that I used SNUG and would 100% recommend them.

I had my conservatory roof replaced and from the very start everyone involved was highly professional and helpful. John answered my many and detailed questions quickly and in depth and was really reassuring around the quality of the product, as was Steve when he came over to Nottingham to discuss the quote. Steve was really nice and there was no hard sell, in fact he advised against dormer windows as he said that I didn’t need them - this led to a considerable saving on my part. Ian was always available to answer questions too. Sam and Brad worked extremely hard and fitted the roof in two days, both were friendly and professional, as were Josh the electrician and the plasterer (😬 sorry, I have forgotten your name). The plastering was of excellent quality. Steve is very proud of the work that his company does, and rightly so. I would highly recommend this company.

Having looked at the work done for a neighbour we were very impressed. We had discussions with John and Ian and work was commissioned. Our 25 year old conservancy was subject to noise (rain) and extremes of temperature. The work has made improvements in both areas. I have to add it takes a lot to impress me these days, as a former Business/PR Adviser to SMEs. It all happened as outlined . The company really takes customer satisfaction to heart.
